RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your items via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number. Our team will get on this and send you out a replacement product. If the product is sold out, a gift card will be sent for the value of the item + shipping (if appropriate).
